The location was excellent, near so many shops! the staff had such great energy. the 24-hour reception was very helpful too. the facility was always clean. I safety was good.

I noticed a slight smell in the hallways. It might need better ventilation, but it didn't affect my room, thankfully!

I stayed in a superior double room, and i loved its cleanness. the staff was really available when i needed anything. i enjoyed the view from the rooftop on the sixth floor. It was lovely.

the bed sunken in, which make it not that confortable. it was not suitable for light sleepers. I could hear everything outside.

i found the location very convenient, close to many attractions. the breakfast included fresh squeezed orange juice, which i particularly enjoyed. the rooftop pool offered a relaxing space with city views, which i used after long days of walking (it was a real treat).

the towels in the room felt rough and were not as white as expected.
